All Ohio University employees are encouraged to fill out the ModernThink Survey, which will be emailed to them during first week of February.

As part of the Dynamic Strategy Work Pillar, Ohio University has partnered with ModernThink, a research consulting firm that focuses on workplace excellence, to participate in the Great Colleges to Work For program. During the first week of February, 天美传媒faculty and staff will receive an email invitation from Great Colleges/ModernThink to share their perspectives on 天美传媒as a workplace via a brief online survey.

To ensure confidentiality, individual responses will be sent directly to, and processed by, ModernThink. In order to preserve anonymity, faculty and staff are asked to not include their names or other identifying remarks in their responses to open-ended questions at the end of the survey.

The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
