As announced in December, the Concur Mobile App now offers Single Sign On (SSO); therefore, 天美传媒will be implementing a new sign-on method effective May 24, 2021, after 6 pm.  This SSO enhancement will deliver an improved user experience and a more secure connection.  After 6 pm on May 24, users of the mobile app will no longer use a PIN to log in but will need to enter their University credentials ( 天美传媒email address and password).  

You will need to complete the following steps the first time you log in to the mobile app:

Mobile Authentication

Concur offers a mobile app to all users.  By using this app, you can book and manage itineraries, capture and track mileage, record receipts, and create, submit, and approve expense reports.  The app is available for download in your phone鈥檚 app store.  For more details and how-to training, please review the December article.

When you open the mobile app, you will see the login screen below to enter your 天美传媒email address.

When you click Next, you will be directed to the 天美传媒login page.

Sign in using your 天美传媒email address and password and click Next.  You will be directed to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) page.  (If you have selected 鈥渞emember me for 30 days鈥� in MFA, you may not see this page each time you log in).  You鈥檙e now ready to work in the Concur mobile app.
